Our studio is small (8 people or less), which means everyone has a meaningful role and direct creative input. 📌 Open Roles (Urgently Hiring): 3D Character Animator 3D Character Modeler Level Creators (x2) 💡 Important – Compensation Model: This is a revenue-share opportunity — there is no upfront pay. 40% of all revenue is reinvested into the studio (tools, marketing, growth). The remainder is split fairly among contributors based on role & workload. Once revenue is steady, we plan to transition into salary/hourly pay while continuing to share profits.
